Account Deletion Request

1 How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your Kado Booking account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Compose an Email Send an email to info@kadobooking.com.

Subject Line Please use exactly: Account Deletion Request as your email subject.

Verify Your Identity You must send the request using the same Google account (email address) that you used to sign in to the Kado Booking app. This acts as verification.

2 Data Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently remove the following information from our servers:

Account information (email address)
Authentication data
User-related app data & bookings

3 Data Retention Timeline

Here is what you can expect regarding the timeline of your data removal:

7 Business Days

All primary account data and app usage information will be permanently deleted from active systems.

Up to 30 Days

Some data may be retained temporarily in secure backups for legal or security purposes and will be completely purged within this timeframe.

Important Notice:

Deleting your Kado Booking app account does not delete your Google account. It only removes your data from our systems and revokes our app's access to your authentication status.
