1 Introduction
Welcome to Kado Booking. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Kado Booking application ("App"). Kado Booking is operated by Kado Booking, an independent app group.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our App.
2 Services Offered
Kado Booking is a platform designed to help users manage booking appointments for their services. We provide scheduling, client management, and related tools.
We offer a "freemium" model. Basic features of the App are available for free, while advanced features may require a paid subscription. Details regarding features and pricing are provided within the App.
3 Payments and Subscriptions
While Kado Booking operates a freemium model with subscription-based tiers, all payments for Kado Booking subscriptions are handled directly through the respective app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not collect or process your payment information directly.
Please note that Kado Booking does not handle any payments between you and your customers. Any monetary transactions, pricing, payments, refunds, or cancellations related to the appointments booked through our App are strictly the responsibility of the user and their own customers.
4 User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to the following:
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including appointment details, client contact information, and business hours.
- You will not use the App to facilitate illegal activities.
- You are responsible for resolving any disputes with your customers regarding bookings, cancellations, or refunds.
5 Limitation of Liability
Kado Booking provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kado Booking shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits.
- Missed or canceled appointments.
- Disputes or financial losses occurring between you and your clients.
- Data loss due to connectivity issues or software errors.
6 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
